In 1864, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs was founded by creators, collectors and industrialists who wanted to open a place entirely dedicated to applied arts.
Today our institution is renowned in France and abroad for its exceptional collections.
As a not-for-profit association, The Arts Décoratifs essentially owe this success to the generosity of its patrons.
To pursue the great work engaged by its founders, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs has decided to create an International Council.
By becoming a member of the International Council you will be associated with the key moments in the life of our institution by having privileged admission to all our events.
Join the International Committee and:
• Receive the invitations to our exhibition previews and openings and the receptions organised for these events.
• Share your ideas during the annual meeting organised at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in honour of the Council Members.
• Discover or rediscover the wealth of our museums’ collections and exhibitions with your member’s card (valid for two people).
• Take advantage of exceptional offers with our cultural partners (FIAC, PAD, museums, theatres, operas, concert halls, etc.).
