HOW TO PURCHASE VOUCHERS ONLINE​

1. Go to online ticket sales
2. Click on ACCÉDER À MON ESPACE PROFESSIONNEL​ / MY PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT.
3. Complete the form to create an account.
4. Wait for your account to be validated by the museum.
5. You will be notified when your account is validated.
6. When your account is validated and active, you may purchase the number of vouchers that you wish.

You will receive the vouchers as PDF documents, the procedure for use is indicated on the vouchers.

VALIDITY

• Vouchers are valid one year from the date selected online.
• Each voucher is valid for one visit by an individual visitor to the temporary exhibitions at the museum on the day of the visit.
• As stipulated in the CGV (Conditions of Sale), vouchers cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.

RESALE OF VOUCHERS​

Internally
Businesses have the right to sell vouchers internally to their employees at a lower price (as the remainder has been paid by the business.)

Enterprises, agencies, concierges
Minimum resale price: full entrance price. It is forbidden to sell vouchers for less than the full entrance price to the museum in question.

It is possible to copy the barcode of the vouchers onto a document of your choice as long as the following obligatory information remains legible:
• NAME OF THE MUSEUM
• DATE OF VALIDITY
• This VOUCHER is not a ticket.

It is the reseller’s responsibility to inform the purchaser of the voucher of the museum’s reservation procedures.

USING YOUR VOUCHER

The voucher allows you to reserve a free ticket using the online ticket sales platform and choosing the “CONTREMARQUE” (VOUCHER) option.

Both the ticket and the voucher must be presented the day of your visit. The voucher alone is not a ticket and does not permit access to the museum and exhibitions.
